Structure of the Sustainability Committee

To meet the economic, environmental, and social requirements of the transformation era in energy, we integrate sustainability into our processes and corporate governance. Thanks to our Sustainability Committee and relevant working groups directly linked to our Board of Directors, we will continue to make the most suitable and effective decisions for the needs of our country and the future.
We monitor and manage the various aspects and needs of sustainability through our working groups under the Sustainability Committee: Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), Social Responsibility and Stakeholder Interaction, Business Continuity and Disaster Management, Sustainable Finance,
and Employee Satisfaction. Through this strategic and integrated approach, we can better manage both risks
and opportunities and adapt more flexibly to new trends.
